The AUA AI Hub is now live. This site gives the American University of Antigua College of Medicine community a single, reliable place for artificial intelligence (AI) reference material, reviewed tools, learning resources, and conference planning.
What is here today:

- AI Basics A plain-language primer on how large language models work, a full glossary, and a page addressing common misconceptions.
- Tools A directory of AI tools with governance statuses. All statuses are provisional pending AI Committee ratification. (Update, July 2026: the directory now uses statuses that describe the institution's relationship with each tool, and committee review is available on request; see How Tools Are Reviewed.)
- Learning Curated learning paths for faculty and students, from first steps to technical depth.
- Conferences A calendar of AI and medical education meetings with verified dates and deadlines.
What is coming next: an automated news section covering general AI developments, medical education research, and clinical practice, refreshed nightly, plus a weekly highlights digest. (Update, July 2026: both shipped. The News section refreshes several times a day and the Friday digest is archived in the news archive.)
